Facilities Maintenance Tech - Full-time - victory ranch : Job Details

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. Full-time position available. This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for the daily maintenance operations of multiple club campuses, on property amenities, and rental cabins. The ideal candidate should be detail orientated, safety conscious, and a self-starter who will ensure proper execution of preventative, schedule, and unscheduled maintenance. Our team works in a fast-paced environment that delivers first-class product.THIS JOB CAN SATISFY CREDIT HOUR AND PRACTICUM HOUR REQUIREMENTS.Job duties include, but are not limited to:Maintenance of the community campusesWorking with hand/powered tools & equipment: including blowers, weed-eatersPerforms scheduled preventive maintenance on; check salt levels, replace filters, etc.Coordinate and work with outside vendors to complete special projectsRespond to emergency maintenance requests as requiredOccasional Snow removal of decks and drivewaysPerform minor home Repairs and TroubleshootingProviding access to cabins for outside servicesTrouble shoot mechanical equipment and electrical problemsMaintain records of scheduled maintenance proceduresWork with Spa and Pool equipmentFollow instructions and work order tasks1-3 years of applicable experience preferred, but not required.4-10 hour shifts available.
