Facilities Maintenance Worker I/II/Senior/Technician I/II - County of Lake, California : Job Details

Job Details Under direct supervision, performs a broad range of the most advanced highly specialized skilled and semi-skilled duties involved in the maintenance, repair, alteration, and/or construction of County buildings and equipment, including providing lead direction for assigned personnel; assists with performing a variety of general cleaning and janitorial work, as well as clean-up and maintenance of landscaped areas, while keeping assigned areas and County buildings in a clean and orderly condition; assists with and performs basic and semi-skilled repairs to County buildings and facilities; and performs related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications FACILITIES MAINTENANCE WORKER I - Licensing and Certifications:Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate valid California Drivers License. Education and Experience:Previous work experience in custodial and/or ground maintenance work is highly desirable.
