Facilities Manager - Electrical (90-110K)

We have a Facilities Manager – Electrical opening available at a premier institution in Syracuse, NY.

Work Schedule: M-F 7AM-3:30PM, with on call responsibility.

Duties:

• Oversee electrical operations, maintenance, and repairs across multiple buildings
• Lead and collaborate with supervisors, managers, and end users
• Work closely with engineering, design, and construction teams on projects and renovations
• Manage contractors and ensure smooth project execution
• Act as a key liaison with administration to address institutional needs

Education and Experience:

• AAS or BS degree and 2-4+ years of experience in Supervisory experience of electrical trades
• Master Electrician preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
