LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Manager of Commercial & Corporate Facilities

with a passion for creating and maintaining top-quality workspaces. In this role, you'll manage all aspects of our corporate and commercial facilities, ensuring seamless operations and a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee corporate and leased facilities, serve as tenant liaison, and manage work orders and vendor relationships.
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs and ensure facility security.
  • Lead Health & Safety initiatives and handle financial reporting and budget management.
  • Supervise and coach the Commercial & Corporate Facilities team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, maintenance operations, and budget oversight.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Employment Type:

  • Full-Time
  • On-site with local travel

Compensation:

  • $75,000 - $80,000
