Facilities Manager - LB&B Associates : Job Details

Dae Sung, LLC. and LB&B Associates Inc. is currently seeking a Facilities Manager (Project Manager) to oversee operations and mechanical maintenance services at the federal buildings and border control facilities in Vermont. Position reports to the Senior Vice President of Facilities. Qualifications/ Experience: The Facilities Manager shall have at a minimum a high school diploma and 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience in the management and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for large buildings of the approximate size and characteristics of the buildings to be covered by this contract. Must have 10 years of hands on facilities maintenance experience with emphasis in commercial HVAC maintenance. Responsibilities:Manage the operations and maintenance (O&M) of facilities.
