Position Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of assigned custodial and shuttle teams to meet Ulines standards for excellence.

• Conduct building audits and identify any issues.

• Escort contracted vendors on-site for janitorial / cleaning or any other services as assigned.

• Coordinate and inspect work to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in facility operations or management.

• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.

• Good driving record.

• Occasional to travel to Ulines North American locations.
