Position Summary

The primary location of this position is the Cullowhee, NC campus.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist that works closely with Operations and Maintenance in Facilities Management. The position will provide administrative support within TMA (Computerized Maintenance Management System), Fuel Master (fuel management system), and other administrative programs and duties.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, accepting requests through TMA, dispatching to shop supervisors, communication to stakeholders on progress of work orders, and working closely with the Teck Support Analyst to ensure efficient operation.

Other responsibilities include maintaining the reporting environment, ensuring functionality, review and analyze current systems, contributes to leadership for planning, support documenting FMSP (Facilities Management Standard Practices), completes monthly inter departmental fuel billing, supporting fleet management, and prioritizing workflow.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
