Facilities Project Manager

Work Location: United States Merchant Marine Academy, Great Neck NY

Salary: 160-165k per year

Must Haves:

• 10 years' experience of O&M/Facilities Management type experience or training/equivalent combination of education/experience
• 5 of these years in a program management/supervisory role
• Federal contract experience in managing O&M contracts
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) certificate
• Experience managing dynamics of both Joint Ventures and Subcontractors
• Detailed knowledge of building electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, interiors, and roofing systems.
• Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Understands preventative maintenance in a government contract facility
• Experience conducting building inspections/facility condition assessments.
• CMMS/Maximo experience
• Deltek/Costpoint financial system experience.
• BAS/BMS operations and management
• Bachelor Degree- but years' experience can turn this into a plus
• Ability to successfully pass a government background investigation to obtain a public trust clearance
• Valid Drivers License/Car to drive to site
