My client is looking for a Facilities Project Manager to join their growing team for a Naval Base renovation in Indian Head, Maryland. This work will all be centered around a 5 year facility re-design and renovation project for the Naval base's ~1,000 buildings, ~400 of which are focused around energetics. Their day to day responsibilities will include developing and maintaining project schedules within Microsoft Project, working with key stakeholders to coordinate project plans, and execute project budgets and spend plans.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's Degree- 3+ years of construction project management experience- Strong experience scheduling and budgeting within Microsoft Project- Ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or project management- PMP certification Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
