Facility HVAC & Utilities Senior Engineer

I am currently working with an exciting engineering consultancy looking to grow their team across key accounts. Right now they are hiring Utilities & HVAC engineers with experience working in clean/sterile environments or Manufacturing plants.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct system audits and identifying maintenance, control, and design issues across Utilities Systems including boilers & steam plants, refrigeration & cooling systems, compressed air systems, water treatment & HVAC .
• Lead a team of engineers to audit client's facilities, analyze system performance and provide recommendations for improvement both in system compliance and energy performance.
• Working with the end client / customer on a daily basis to develop strategies / plans for site facilities.
• Create & Build business cases to support investment proposals

Qualification & Experience:

• Experienced with calculating energy performance and understand limitations of different technologies.
• Degree in relevant engineering discipline, e.g., Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Environmental
• Working knowledge of HVAC / Utilities systems within a pharmaceutical, manufacturing or lab environment.
• Strong client and subcontractor management skills.
• Solid background within Building services.
• Interest in sustainability, renewables, energy reduction and efficiency.
