Job Focus: Under limited direction, performs a variety of cleaning work in offices, classrooms, restrooms, and multipurpose rooms; assists with college's preventive maintenance program; maintains and beatifies grounds; ensures the delivery of quality maintenance and janitorial services. Responds to emergency janitorial and maintenance requests. Performs other related duties as assigned. UBTech Guiding Principles for Employee:As a UBTech professional I will:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School graduate

One (1) year experience performing janitorial and maintenance services

Proficient in computer applications

Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer relations

Demonstrated ability to follow various processes and procedures

Must successfully pass a criminal background check

Valid driver's license

Schedule will vary, this is an on-call/as-needed position. First review of applicants will begin on August 26, 2024.
