Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
The Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute, A. James Clark School of Engineering, University of Maryland seeks a Facilities Specialist to provide general maintenance and support for Mtech's facilities across multiple buildings. This role involves performing routine upkeep, lab support, monitoring building conditions, shipping & receiving, event setup/cleanup, and addressing maintenance requests. The specialist will work closely with both of Mtech's Building Managers to ensure timely completion of work orders and maintain communication with building occupants.

This is an exempt, hourly contractual position.This is an in-person position at UMD College Park for 5 days per week.
