Position Summary: Maintains building and property performing routine repairs, basic plumbing, appliance repair, finish carpentry, wallpapering/sheetrock/painting, upholstery and maintenance activities around swimming pool/jacuzzi operations. Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tlcn and the Core Values of ilani.
• Notifies management concerning need for any repairs.
• Removes snow, ice, and debris from all facility entrances and walkways. Maintains exterior grounds and parking lot. Maintains floor cleanliness.
• Communicates inventory supply status to management.
• Performs daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks. Replaces HVAC and smoke eater filters. Reports on any observed security, environmental and health and safety related concerns and any equipment malfunctions.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD) and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to lift 50lbs, reach, stoop and stand for extended periods of time.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Willing to work in a smoking environment.
• Willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.
