Facilities Technician I - New River Valley Community Services : Job Details

As a Facilities Technician, you will perform routine and preventative facility related maintenance and repairs including HVAC filter maintenance, basic electrical repair, basic plumbing, care of grounds, snow removal and painting. Starting Hourly Rate: $16.77-Depending on Experience

Education Requirements:

* A combination of education and experience equivalent to a High School Diploma (or)

* Any combination or work experience in the field of Facility Services including experience in construction repair, and maintenance work involving facilities is required.
