The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, preventative maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, and repair.WHO YOU ARE:* Personable, Results-oriented self-starter, a go-getter.* Team contributor and leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting.HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:As an integral member of the Facilities Team, this position is responsible for:* Manage day-to-day facility operations and maintenance across multiple sites within an expansive geographic area.* Efficiently handle a substantial volume of service requests, prioritizing tasks to ensure prompt resolution.* Collaborate with facilities management and operations teams to assess facility requirements and project planning.* Supervise facility maintenance contracts and oversee preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.* Administer the facility work order system, ensuring timely assignment and completion of all work orders.* Serve on a rotating on-call schedule for facility issues once a month.* Serve as the primary contact for vendors and contractors, managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance and service delivery.* Accurately input and track data in the work order system to monitor service requests and assign tasks to the appropriate providers.* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, ice machines, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures.* Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.* Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and systems to identify and implement solutions.* Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and installations.* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory.* Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.* Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated.HERE'S WHAT Education & Experience YOU WILL NEED:* Proven experience in HVAC, refrigeration, ice machines, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance, and repair.* Knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices.* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training preferred.* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.* Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.* Capability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.SOME Perks & Benefits(Based on eligibility requirements:)* A discount program that has discounts on things like glasses, hearing aids, weight loss programs, step tracking devices, shoes, etc.* A provider finder/cost estimation tool, allowing members to find in-network providers and get a cost estimation before the visit* A wellness program, where earning points for things like achieve step goals, can be redeemed to purchase wellness related items* A pregnancy planning tool, that helps track fertility, baby growth, milestones, etc.* Receive your GED credentials at no cost to you.* Tuition Assistance.
