This includes logging in to the facilities database system, FMX, daily to manage assigned tickets/tasks* Assists with repairs, maintenance, and equipment servicing, including but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds care* Must be able to communicate effectively and develop credibility at all levels* Demonstrates exemplary customer service in person, in writing, and by phone, both internally and externally, by responding warmly, promptly, and correctly to all queries.
