Facilities Technician - Island Grove - City of Greeley Colorado : Job Details

The Facilities Technician will perform routine building maintenance tasks, general cleaning and other tasks as assigned. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position, reporting to the Facilities Supervisor Experience, Knowledge, Skills: Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of maintenance and minor repair as it relates to public buildings. Valid driver license required and good driving record. Preferred Two (2) years related experience within public facilities. Two (2) years' experience with large events (e.g., arenas). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of the business and organizational structure of Colorado municipalities. Collaboration skills, including the ability to work with others from different areas and backgrounds to reach a common goal. Computer skills, including the ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and learn and experiment with new software and systems.
