Our client, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have maintenance tech, repair, and inspection experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Greensboro, Nc

Pay Range: Depends on experience

What's the Job?

• The Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes on assigned facilities.
• Assists others on operations and facilities team or third-party vendors in maintenance and repair efforts, as well as independently performing defined tasks.
• Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls, ceilings, flooring, installed fixtures, etc
• Perform all work with a strong customer service or servant heart mentality and presence
• General interior maintenance – hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems and repair doors.

• Work with others, clients, and vendors on account
• Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.
• operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed
• the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear.
