The Stadium Corporation is the operating entity of Finley Stadium Davenport Field, the First Horizon Pavilion, and surrounding property. Home to Chattanooga Mocs Football, the Chattanooga Football Club, and the Chattanooga Market, the campus hosts 500,000+ visitors and over 200 events annually. Opened in 1997 as a public-private partnership, Finley Stadium has also hosted the FCS National Championship, US Soccer National Teams, TSSAA Football Championships, concerts, and numerous local and regional events. Role

Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Facilities Crew supports all aspects of facilities maintenance and event production.

We're looking for hard working individuals who are willing to pitch in, think fast and work productively, with a sense of urgency. A friendly, respectful personality is a must, because we host over 10,000 visitors a week at our events and we take our reputation very seriously.

The Facility Crew job is physical in nature. You'll need to be physically fit, agile and strong enough to lift and carry packages or materials up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and operate light machinery (utility vehicles, blowers, power washers, etc). Forklift experience is a plus. You'll be required to work extended hours in an active, outdoor environment. You need to be comfortable emptying trash receptacles, setting up and breaking down fencing and barricades, performing janitorial and landscaping duties - basically, whatever it takes to help ensure our facility runs smoothly and safely for our patrons. You will need to be highly motivated, be able to follow instructions, learn quickly, and be punctual and reliable.
