We have an opportunity for a full time Facility Director to join our employee-owned company! This position will allow you to further refine your property management skills while providing excellent customer service. In addition to the overall management of some of our portfolio of commercial assets, you'll be responsible for conducting property inspections, assisting with monthly reporting and budget preparation, coordinating repairs and maintenance with our maintenance team and vendor partners, and assisting with marketing and leasing. A PA Real Estate license is preferred, but we will pay for you to obtain one within six months. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
