Are you an experienced project manager with a strong background in capital expenditure projects across the retail, fitness, or restaurant sectors? Join EōS Fitness as a Project Manager of Facility Improvements, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our facilities while also supporting executive-level administrative needs. Reporting to the Vice President of Facilities Improvement, this role requires strong organizational skills, communication expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Department: Facilities Improvement
Core Purpose: To enhance facilities and deliver exceptional experiences for our members.
Responsibilities:
• Lead capital expenditure projects under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Facilities Improvement, ensuring projects align with company goals and standards.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including scheduling, quality control, change orders, vendor coordination, cost management, invoicing, and permit coordination.
• Maintain and update project documentation, progress photos, and reports, ensuring all stakeholders have up-to-date and accurate information.
• Assist the Vice President of Facilities Improvement with administrative tasks, including updating project lists, tracking progress, and ensuring all relevant information is well-documented and organized.
• Proactively coordinate marketing needs for projects, ensuring new developments and renovations are effectively communicated both internally and externally.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of all projects are properly managed and communicated.
• Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and quality assurance, ensuring all work meets the highest standards.
• Utilize construction management software (Procore) and MS Office (Excel, Smartsheet) to track, analyze, and manage projects effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in retail, fitness, restaurant, or tenant improvement projects, with preferred capex project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, often on short notice, to project sites across multiple states.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills to support executive-level project management needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing over 40 lbs.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Ability to work in a gym setting and communicate effectively with employees, members, and vendors.
• Experience working with construction plans and documents; trade experience preferred.

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday, with the expectation of longer-than-normal hours to meet project deadlines.
• Occasional weekends and holidays as needed.
• Travel to various locations across multiple states as required.
