Job Summary: Jenkins and Wynne is seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to assist with the maintenance and repair needs of our dealership. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC upkeep, and minor repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Assist with facility improvements and renovations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and storage for tools and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Work with outside contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, building repair, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
