This is a seasonal position at Camp Webb within the Information and Education Division. TheFacility Maintenance Worker I performs general maintenance work in the upkeep of buildings, grounds, andassociated equipment.This is an Interim position. An Interim position means a position established to address a one-time orrecurring need of less than nine (9) months duration and exempt from the classified service under KRS 18A.115.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Performs janitorial duties in buildings and on grounds including general cleanup, trash pickup, and/orremoval, vacuuming, polishing, etc.
• Performs maintenance duties as assigned including painting, carpentry, minor electrical, heating,ventilating, plumbing repairs.
• Performs mowing, snow removal, and grounds repair/maintenance as assigned.
