Strong knowledge of facility management practices and procedures, including safety regulations and compliance requirements.5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.8.
