Position Summary

University at Buffalo, Office of Design and Construction seeks dedicated support staff to grow with our in-house design/build team.

In this entry-level role, you will support our in-house construction crew with duties including:

* arranging supplies for construction,

* assisting tradespeople in the field,

* keeping the job site safe and clean,

* assisting in necessary paperwork to allow for the uninterrupted, continual renovation of the University at Buffalo.

Support of SFE trades crew for in-house construction projects

Minimum Qualifications

* There are no education or experience qualifications for this class.

* Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and be able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions.

* When required to operate motor vehicles, incumbents must possess a valid New York State driver's license appropriate for the type of vehicle being operated.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on an active construction site

Salary Range $35,177 Additional Salary Information Work Days Weekdays - Monday - Friday Work Hours

40 hours a week
