Marathon TS is looking for a Facility Security Representative to support our efforts at DISA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Security Policies: Create, update, and enforce security policies, plans, and procedures to safeguard the facility.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Security Training: Provide security training and awareness programs for employees to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Incident Response: Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions.
- Access Control: Manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel have access to secure areas.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, including Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and other applicable directives.
- Coordination: Liaise with government agencies, law enforcement, and other external entities regarding security matters.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date security documentation, SOPs, Emergency Action Plans (EAPs), DD Form 254s, and incident plans for government approval.
Required Skills:
- Candidates must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or related discipline or five years of work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement.
- 5+ years of federal or DoD security facility management experience to include all phases of the facility lifecycle process, including planning, programming, design, and construction in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, SCIF Accreditation, and implementation of SCIF SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information).
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Facility requirements.
Desired Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Professional Education Development (SPēD) Certifications.
- SCIF Construction and implementation / application of ICD 705, Intelligence Community Standard (ICS) 705-1, and ICS 705-2.
