Facility Service Specialist - City of Austin : Job Details

Facility Maintenance Central Minimum Qualifications Education and/or Equivalent Experience: Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent, plus four (4) years relevant work experience. Experience may substitute for education up to the maximum of four (4) years. Licenses or Certifications: Class C Driver License. If required by position: Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL). Specific endorsements may be required to be obtained within 120 days of hire. Physical Requirements:Ability to bend, lift, walk, carry, or use a force equal to lifting up to fifty (50) pounds. Notes to Applicants Position Overview: This position will be expected to work in all weather elements doing maintenance and repairs within a rural environment and other Austin Water facilities with little to no supervision.
