This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Services AssociateTop of FormJob DetailsDescriptionJob Title:Facility Services Associate Night and Weekned ShiftSupervision Received: Facility Services ManagerSupervision Exercised: N/AFLSA Status: Non-exemptKey Responsibilities:Clean building interiors by performing task such as dusting and sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows, walls, ceilings, vents, and light fixtures; sweeping, scrubbing, and refinishing floors; vacuuming and shampooing carpet; re-supplying restrooms and replacing light bulbs as needed.Inspect assigned areas for cleanliness and document cleaning actions that have been taken for specific areas; noting areas requiring additional care or monitoring and informing your supervisor of incomplete work.General Responsibilities:May be exposed to waste, infectious waste, diseases, conditions etc. that are consistent with casino housekeeping.Perform other related duties as assigned.QualificationsQualifications:EducationHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentExperiencePrevious maintenance, construction and/or landscaping experience preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMust be able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, and policiesMust be able to follow all instructions, written and oralMust be able to handle various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc.Must be able to operate housecleaning equipment and materials, floor polishers/buffers, spray bottles and ladders may be utilized in this positionPotential for exposure to blood borne pathogens may exist when encountering spilled blood or body fluidsMay be required to be able to lift up to fifty (50) lbs. in order to effectively utilize various equipmentMust be able to walk for long periods of time; must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawlMust be able to work in fast paced environmentMust be able to work flexible schedule including; evenings, weekends, holidays and promotional eventsMust be able to work in a smoke-filled casino environmentLicenses/Certifications/Other:Must be able to pass a background check and receive a license or permit from any Regulatory Agency, if applicable to perform the essential job functionsMust possess or obtain an Oklahoma ABLE License, before beginning your first shiftMust pass a pre-employment drug testAs a tribal entity, thePonca Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma and applicable to Ponca Enterprise Gaming, LLC,gives preference in employment to an enrolled member of thePonca Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma,and to other enrolled Native Americans of federally recognized tribes.Bottom of Form[]{#_GoBack}
