Functions and DutiesJob Duties include but are not limited to:
- Promotes, coordinates, and supervises center programs.
- Administers overall operation of center according to established policies and procedures.
- Schedules staff.
- Maintains administrative documents including financial records, attendance report and personnel/payroll documents according to established procedures.
- Writes maintenance work orders, facility inspections and monthly attendance reports.
- Maintains office, janitorial and recreation supplies.
Secondary Job Duties
- Schedules weekend rentals, staff, and custodians.
- Works special events as needed.
- Works weekend rentals.
