• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS needed
• Inpatient and outpatient
• Ortho care and surgery (mainly hip, ankle, shoulder fractures, & some hand surgery) preferred
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
