- Software design and development of VGEM automation software for Advantest SOC, parametric, and burn-in testers Development of customized V93000 (V93K) tester interface, operator interface, and factory host interface On-site test cell integration into customer's manufacturing infrastructure Software installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and support Requirements analysis, solution design, code development and testing of automation solutions in 24x7 manufacturing environment Collaborate with R&D, business development & account teams
