Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health provides intervention services for families in crisis who are referred by the Department of Children and Families, to provide them with resources and assistance to prevent children from entering the foster care system. Our goal is to create communities without abuse, neglect or abandonment, while helping parents or caregivers who may otherwise have no support or guidance. Based out of Palatka and providing coverage throughout Putnam County, this is a field based position that assists the Family Case Manager to implement Family Preservation Plans. It provides direct support and assistance to parents and their children in their homes or in community-based settings.
