Family Law Associate Attorney - Zerega Consulting : Job Details

This position requires a candidate with empathy and compassion to guide clients through life's most challenging moments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload consisting of family law matters, particularly divorce, alimony and child custody cases.
• Draft and file all relevant legal documents in a timely manner.
• Prepare for and attend mediations and court hearings, as well as maintain communication with clients.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience.
• Family law experience is a plus.
• Team oriented with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic background.
• Must be licensed to practice in Florida.
• Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
