Family Law Litigation Attorney - Minella Law Group, APC : Job Details

Minella Law Group is seeking an Associate with experience in family law litigation. Position is full-time. Desired applicant has 3 to 10 years recent experience as a family law attorney.

Applicant must be able to work independently and collaborate with a team; the ability to think outside the box and attention to detail is a must; General knowledge of the California Rules of Court, San Diego Local Rules, court forms and filing procedures; Strong computer and organization skills; Works well independently and with a team; Proficient in MS Office, Essential Forms, MyCase, Dissomaster etc.

Applicants must be an active member of the State Bar of California, must possess strong organizational skills, superior writing and communication skills and the ability to independently manage their own family law cases. Applicants must also possess a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Our family law practice handles divorce, custody, parentage, child support, guardianships and adoptions. Applicants should have experience in family law with a strong understanding of the law and procedures. The position will encompass preparation of discovery, pleadings, and preparation of legal arguments.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
