About the Company: Urgent Team operates multiple urgent and family care centers in the Southeast, including Baptist Health Urgent Care in Cabot, AR. With a commitment to quality healthcare, the centers offer a range of services to patients of all ages, seven days a week.

Job Summary: As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Baptist Health Urgent Care, you will provide exceptional medical care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Working collaboratively with a healthcare team, you will diagnose, treat, and educate patients while ensuring the highest standard of care and service. Full-time and PRN (per diem) positions are available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to patients and coworkers
  • Deliver convenient, friendly patient care in a welcoming environment
  • Perform medical assessment, treatment, and management of clinic patients
  • Oversee on-site laboratory, x-rays, and other services
  • Maintain clinical core competency and compliance with medical standards
  • Participate in staff education programs and development of new services
  • Ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Provider preferred, but new graduates welcome to apply
  • State License as an APRN
  • Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the AANP or ANCC
  • DEA license, or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • DOT certification, or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • BLS certification
