Job Type Full-timeDescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :Provide medical assessments and acute care services to the Department of Homeless Services pediatric, adolescent, and adult applicants.Provide and document adequate assessment details and relevant patient history.Complete medical triage health screening forms via CARES.Provide counseling for Nicotine Replacement Therapy NRT and Safe Sleeping SIDS.Use appropriate and approved reference material, Up to Date, to provide relevant pediatric and adult patient care at PATH.RequirementsNew York State Nurse Practitioner license; minimum two years' clinical experience, familiarity with word processing and other computer applications; ability to speak Spanish preferable.Salary Description $130,000 annually
