This role will involve close and regular interaction with all members of the Family Office Department, Group Operations and Risk and Compliance, as well as external service providers and clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPAL ELEMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide general administrative support and assistance, such as filing, scanning and archiving Daily intake and internal disbursement of physical and electronic client related documents Respond to requests from Senior Associates of the Department for execution of transactions or provision of information and clarification Maintain schedule of recurring client meetings Monitor and process annual payments of state and registered agent fees Obtain and record all client bank, private investment and brokerage statements Respond to requests from Accounting and Compliance departments for information and clarification about accounts or related administrative issues Adhoc special projectsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Working towards college degree Experience in using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word A second language would be an advantage, but not a requirementCOMPETENCIES, SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS Excellent attention to detail, consistently delivering work of a high standard Excellent communication skills with the ability and maturity to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management within the Group, third party service providers such as asset managers and tax consultants, and with high powered (often demanding) private clients Proactive, solution focused with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Team oriented with flexible approach Ability to use initiative and work independently, meeting deadlines and prioritizing Displays high levels of Integrity, honesty and professionalism Be technically strong in the use of Excel, and proficient in general MS products Good sense of judgment and problem solving skills. and risk-mitigation Deals responsibly with confidential information.Education LevelDegree or EquivalentExperience LevelMid LevelBenefits
