Family Practice physician job in New York : Locums - A great group is seeking a Hospice physician to assist in Albany, NY!

• BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Hospice and Palliative medicine or Geriatrics fellowship is a plus but not required
• Active NY license, BLS
• Local providers required
• Hospice home care setting
• Available ASAP for ongoing need
• Mon - Fri; 8a-4:30p
• Call coverage; 1 week night per week from 4pm-8am and 1 in 4/5 weekends from 4p on Fri until 8a on Mon
• EMR used is EPIC
• Starting hourly rate $130/hr pending experience and open to discussion for the right candidate
