Nurse Practitioner

A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in Tucson, AZ.

Their model of care is entirely driven by providing better primary care to their patients, not by the volume of services they provide. They spend more time with them, build relationships and offer more comprehensive care. Put simply, They provide the care their patients deserve.

Salary and Benefits:

• Above market compensation. Earn over $135k
• Base $125,000 - 130,000 plus 10% of base bonus.

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday Schedule
• Manage a patient panel of 500-600 individuals
• Average of 10-12 patient visits per day
• Newly built, state-of-the-art clinic facilities
• Malpractice insurance including tail coverage
• Utilize advanced, cloud-based electronic health record system
• Outpatient care

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, AGNP, or CNP
• Geriatric experience is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care outpatient setting
• Knee and Shoulder Injections, Skin Biopsi s and Suturing experience Preferred
• Committed to providing high-quality care and enhancing our rapidly growing organization
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not necessary
