Check out our inspiring stories of hope on our website!The Family Support (FS) Manager is responsible for supervising all Family Support Partners in their region and establishing relationships with various public, private, and governmental agencies. This role involves increasing and improving parental participation in treatment planning by educating families and service providers about direct services and family support. The FS Manager links families to community resources and advocates to ensure their needs are met. They develop and oversee direct and family support services to address community needs, build partnerships with clinics and families, and recruit Direct Service Providers and Family Support Partners. Additionally, the FS Manager provides information and referral assistance to families, coordinates with the Referral Coordinator for updates and new referrals, assigns family support services referrals, and maintains client files with updated documentation. RequirementsThe Family Support (FS) Manager role requires working knowledge of Microsoft products, youth-guided family-driven care, and extensive familiarity with behavioral health agency policies and procedures. The position demands the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive issues, current CPR and First Aid certification, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should possess excellent organizational abilities and hold a current Fingerprint Clearance Card.A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field or equivalent experience is preferred. Applicants must have a minimum of four years of experience in a behavioral health care organization and experience supporting youth and young adults within the behavioral health system.The work environment involves remaining stationary for at least 50% of the time, occasionally moving within the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, and frequently operating computers and other equipment like printers and copiers. The role also requires ascending or descending stairs, occasionally reaching for office supplies or files, and frequent communication with internal and external stakeholders on topics such as youth involvement and education. Travel to multiple locations across Southern Arizona is necessary, requiring the ability to sit for extended periods while driving.Salary Description $50,000-$52,000
