Key Responsibilities:

• Vacation Planning: Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements for theme park visits and themed vacations, including accommodations, park tickets, transportation, and special activities.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional, personalized customer support via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clients have a smooth and enjoyable planning process.
• Research: Stay updated on the latest theme park attractions, events, and vacation packages, as well as unique themed vacation experiences.
• Itinerary Management: Create and manage detailed itineraries tailored to clients' preferences, ensuring a magical and stress-free vacation experience.
• Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the planning process or during the trip, ensuring clients have an enjoyable and seamless experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a citizen of the USA, Mexico, or Australia.
• Passion for theme parks, themed vacations, and travel.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools and apps.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
