Farm Worker Full Time Hourly $19.25 to start Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa. Purpose of Position: General labor to assist Farm Manager and Farm Assistant Manager in achieving required work goals. This includes, but is not limited to, daily chores, running machinery and equipment, and handle and care for live turkeys. This position will require light paperwork, some math skills, walking on uneven surfaces frequently, lifting, twist, bending and squatting frequently and varying temperature environments. Principle Accountabilities: Help perform daily chores as assigned by farm management. Assist with maintaining litter for optimal conditions for turkeys. Record daily information in flock books for record keeping. Operate machinery and equipment when required.
