This job was posted by : For more information, please see: work from 2/17/2025 - 11/30/2025Feed and water livestock and monitor food and water supplies; Herd livestock to pastures for grazing or to scales, trucks, or other enclosures; Monitor animals for illness, injury, or disease; Mark livestock to identify ownership and grade using brands; Segregate animals according to weight, age, color, or physical condition; Move equipment or livestock from one location to another; Perform duties related to calving and weaning; Clean stalls; Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery; Operate or tend self propelled equipment used in agricultural production much of which is equipped with GPS such as tractor, planter, combine, swather, baler, etc. for duties such as fertilizing, planting, weeding, harvesting, storing, moving to market or storage crops such as hay, soybeans, silage, milo; Load inputs and drive trucks to transport to employers fields, load employers crops and drive trucks to transport to fields and storage facilities such as elevators, bins, silos, piles/bags in close proximity to the farm; Adjust and ready farm machinery and equipment; Manual shovel work and hoeing weeds; Inspect, maintain, prepare, repair equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, roads, fences, corrals, gates, levees, and other farm structures; Speak and understand English.In view of the statutorily established basic function of the ES as a no-fee labor exchange, that is, as a forum for bringing together employers and job seekers, neither the ETA nor the SWAs are guarantors of the accuracy or truthfulness of information contained on job orders submitted by employers.
