Yigal Azrouël, a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its modern, sophisticated, and innovative designs, is seeking a talented and motivated Fashion Design Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for fashion to contribute to the brand's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Techpacks & Spec Sheets: Create, update, and maintain detailed techpacks and spec sheets for each collection, ensuring clear and precise communication with manufacturers.

- Manufacturer Correspondence: Act as the main point of contact for communication with manufacturers, ensuring the smooth production of garments from prototype to final product.

- Intern Management: Hire, oversee, and delegate tasks to design interns, ensuring their professional growth and efficient contribution to the design process.

- Design & Print Development: Collaborate with the creative team on design and print development, supporting the vision and aesthetics of the brand.

- Design Studio Maintenance: Ensure the design studio is well-organized, stocked, and operating efficiently, facilitating a creative and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in a fashion design or production role, preferably in a managerial capacity.

- Strong technical design skills with experience in creating techpacks and spec sheets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with manufacturers and manage a team.

- A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of fabrications, construction, and design development.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and other design-related software.

- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a passion for working in a creative environment.
