Employment within the Food and Beverage Operations Department is reliant on receiving passing scores on all required ServSafe Certification classes. For those 18 years of age and older, both ServSafe Alcohol and ServSafe Food Handler Certifications. For those between the ages of 14 and 17 years of age, only the ServSafe Food Handler Certification is required. All certification classes are supplied by the park.
