We are looking for leadership-oriented managers hoping to advance their careers toward becoming partners in our general office. New York Life Insurance Company is currently recruiting participants for its Fast Track Management Program. You will start as a financial professional who works hand-in-hand with clients to build your experience as you move through the program's requirements. Training, Support, and Professional Development:

New York Life offers a comprehensive three-year training program, marketing support, as well as prospecting and technical assistance. Our programs give you the ability to work with highly successful, established agents and managers who assist you in developing a clientele. New York Life provides the resources and ongoing support you would expect from a Fortune 100 company.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager.
  • Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner.
  • Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more.
  • Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs.
  • Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner.
  • In this management role, you'll begin recruiting and developing your own team of financial professionals.
  • You'll be enrolled in the Associate Partner Training Program, a six-month intensive training designed to help ensure that you succeed when promoted to Partner.
  • You'll build and lead your own team with the support of a Fortune 100 company.
  • Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of cultural markets a plus.
  • Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional.
  • Some sales experience needed.
  • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience.
  • Spanish, Portuguese, or other language fluency is beneficial.
  • Compensation:

    $150,000+ at plan
