New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field. Responsibilities

  • Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders
  • Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients
  • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs
  • Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile
  • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more
  • Become an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirements
  • Hire and lead your own group of financial professionals while serving as an associate partner
  • Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position
  • Develop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goals

Qualifications

  • Sales experience preferred with a strong desire to succeed
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Desire to help families and businesses to “Be Good at Life”
  • Strong business acumen
  • Perseverance in the face of a challenge
  • Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts
  • Must have financial services industry and/or insurance industry experience
  • Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required
  • Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus

Compensation

$65,000+ at plan commission
