About The Opportunity
This role supports the FCM Global Marketing team by contributing to key strategic brand initiatives. Working closely with the Global Marketing SVP, you will help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market presence through the execution of targeted marketing plans. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adept at handling multiple priorities while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver successful global projects. This position is perfect for an ambitious marketer looking to grow their career while playing a key role in a global marketing strategy. Some calls outside US working hours will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Project management
* Liaising with marketing disciplines around the world including marketing operations, digital, campaigns and brand.
* Responsible for managing delivery of some global projects.
* Managing team meeting agendas and following up on due actions to meet deadlines.
Brand guardian
* Ensuring all assets created comply with brand guidelines.
* Ensuring global brand assets are fielded and stored accurately.
* Creating and proofreading content, including email copy, website content, internal comms and social media messaging.
Reporting & planning
* Assisting with compiling monthly reports.
* Assisting with monitoring and tracking monthly FCM marketing expenditure and invoicing.
* Drafting of documents and plans.
* Supporting the evolution/implementation of yearly marketing plans and the planning guide(s).
* Partnerships & events?Managing key partnerships and events as guided by the SVP Global Marketing.
* Undertaking some research into further partnership and/or event opportunities that align with brand awareness or growth for FCM.
FCM Focus
* Support with the co-ordination of annual internal conference.
* Supplier and sponsorship management.
* Onsite support for internal staff & external attendees.
* Agenda, presentation and delegate management.
Experience & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. English, Social Sciences, Humanities, Arts, Marketing, Communications, Business, Travel & Tourism, etc.)
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (Marketing Executive, EA/PA)
* Knowledge of or experience within corporate travel/the travel industry
* Clear communicator with excellent writing and messaging skills
* A sound knowledge of marketing and its role in wider business objectives
* Stakeholder management
* Experience in working across cross functional teams within complex, global environments
* Some event management capabilities
* Experience managing budgets
* Working knowledge of a variety of social media platforms and audiences

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $75,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
