Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAPB Logistics Inc. is an Independent Service Provider for FedEx Ground that services the Western Gainesville and Tioga/Newberry areas. We are looking to hire experienced Full-time delivery drivers to operate large company owned delivery vehicles out of the FedEx Ocala based terminal. We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals with delivery experience to work as part of a team! Amazon, UPS, USPS experience is a PLUS!!This is a physical job and requires that the delivery driver lifts heavy packages and gets in and out of the truck many times each dayDriver Qualifications & Requirements:All applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS):

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must be able to pass a Drug Test and DOT Medical / Physical Exam (Paid by Employer!)
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Physically able to handle packages up to 50 lbs unassisted, and up to 150 lbs with dolly, potentially up-stairs.
• Physically able to get into and out of a large delivery vehicle many times throughout the day.
• Have dependable transportation
• The ability to locate suburban addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must
• Delivery Driver experience and experience driving a large delivery vehicle (box-truck, P1000, etc.) is required.

Driver Responsibilities:The Driver must have a good sense of direction and the ability to work quickly, productively, independently, respectfully, safely, and responsibly.

• Efficiently make designated stops and designated pick-ups
• Verify paperwork via electronic device for deliveries and pick-ups
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work safely to prevent injury to yourself, to others, and damage to products and property
