Job Description Bright Flag Recruiting on behalf of Sugar Sands, a local FedEx Ground contractor has IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for delivery drivers in Panama City. Our delivery drivers will be operating by delivering to local residents and businesses. You will be operating out of the FedEx terminal at 8110 Commerce Blvd. Panama City, FL 3240 We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to work as part of a team! We are now accepting applications for full-time and part-time delivery drivers! Starting Pay: $135/dayTo be eligible for a pay increase to $150/day after 30 days, drivers must:

• Demonstrate exceptional safety practices
• Meet standard efficiency metrics (Stops per Hour)
• Arrive on time and meet Time Commitments
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well as a team player

Schedule: Operates 7 days a week (hours approx. 8am until delivery completion)Delivery Driver Benefits:

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Physically able to move packages up to 150 Ibs with a dolly
• May deliver 90 - 130 parcels per day with up to 200 during the holidays

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the FedEx Ground terminal to pick up the vehicle and packages
• Loading and unloading packages from the truck
• Delivering packages to the destination
• Scanning and logging packages
